9. Scheduling, Cancellations, No Refunds, and No-Shows (Consulting & Calls)

All one-on-one calls, consultations, introductory calls, advisory sessions, or private sessions offered by Organic Living LLC (“Sessions”) require full payment at the time of booking. All sales are final. No refunds are provided under any circumstances.

Clients may reschedule a Session one (1) time only, provided the rescheduling request is made no later than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled start time.

Cancellations do not entitle the client to a refund, regardless of when the cancellation occurs. If a Session is cancelled without a timely rescheduling request, the Session is forfeited.

Any rescheduling or cancellation request made within twenty-four (24) hours of the scheduled Session, or failure to attend a scheduled Session (“no-show”), results in forfeiture of the Session without refund or reschedule.

By purchasing and booking a Session, you acknowledge and agree that the scheduled time is reserved exclusively for you and that missed, cancelled, or forfeited Sessions cannot be reallocated or credited.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, audio, video, graphics, branding, and program materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of Organic Living LLC and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, recorded, or shared without prior written permission.

11. Access, Use, and Restrictions

Purchasing access to 21 Life Lectures grants a limited, non-transferable, revocable license for personal use only.

Sharing login credentials, redistributing content, recording, copying, or providing access to third parties is strictly prohibited.

Organic Living LLC reserves the right to revoke access without refund if these terms are violated.

12. Platform Access & Availability

Access to 21 Life Lectures is provided through third-party platforms, including but not limited to Kajabi.

Organic Living LLC does not control platform outages, technical errors, maintenance, service interruptions, or third-party performance issues.

Temporary or permanent access issues resulting from platform performance, user error, internet connectivity, maintenance, or violations of these terms do not entitle users to refunds, credits, or extensions.

13. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital educational content and immediate access upon purchase, all sales are final. There are no refunds or guarantees.

By completing a purchase, you expressly authorize Organic Living LLC to charge your selected payment method and acknowledge immediate access to digital content.

You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for purchases made in accordance with these terms. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in access revocation and collection efforts.

This no-refund policy applies to all consulting sessions, calls, introductory calls, advisory services, and time-based offerings.

14. Consumer Acknowledgment

By purchasing or accessing any product or service offered by Organic Living LLC, you acknowledge that:

15. Payments & Dispute Resolution

All payments are processed through third-party payment processors, including Kajabi Payments and Stripe. Organic Living LLC does not store or control payment information.

Any billing questions or disputes must be submitted in writing to Organic Living LLC before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with a financial institution.

Failure to contact the Company prior to initiating a chargeback constitutes a material breach of these terms.

Prices are listed exclusive of any applicable taxes, duties, or fees, which, if required by law, may be assessed based on the purchaser’s location.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Organic Living LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of this website, its content, or any programs or services offered.

17. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
